Instructions
- Boil 500ml of water in a pot and add 1 bundle of noodles. Cook for 3 minutes (adjust the cooking time to your preference).
- Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat. Add the soup packet and black ma-yu oil, then stir gently.
- Transfer the noodles and broth to a bowl and enjoy while hot.
Optional: Add toppings like bean sprouts, grilled pork, spring onion, soft-boiled egg, etc., for an even more delicious meal.
For two servings, double the amount of water.
