After ordering your items we will start processing the order and Ship it out on Saturday!

We ship with Japan Post.

We have a 30-day return policy (NOT FOR FOOD PRODUCTS), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@japan-cravings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have International Shipping Options:                  

Standard Shipping is Free for all products. It takes around 30-90 Days to arrive.

All Food products have Free Premium Shipping! It takes around 6-21 Days to arrive.

Premium Shipping has a price scaling on weight.

0g      - 700g   is Free

700g  -     1Kg is 0$

1Kg    -  1.5Kg is 6$

1.5Kg -     2Kg is 12$

2Kg    -     3Kg is 30$

3Kg    -     4Kg is 35$

4Kg    -     5Kg is 40$
